Hardcore Knitter

I have posted before about my dear and so awesome friend Apwool and her hardcore knitting talents.

We were chatting the other night about another person and I said "But she is not a knitter like you. You know, hardcore" We laughed, as it's true, and funny. April loves to knit and she is damn good at it.

What I love most is that she knits for others, a lot. Never doing anything for herself. Knitting for others because she loves to knit and loves to give her creations to others to enjoy.

And for our family she has done it again. For the newest babe a gorgeous little hat and a beautiful Kimono. The Kimono was made bigger so bub will fit into it perfectly for when the cooler weather comes.

Here she is in her Kimono. I did have the hat on her but Miss almost 2 kept taking it off and trying to put it back on her, covering her eyes, poking her face. Sigh. The joys of older siblings helping.
